Mr Min worked for a major Fintech company as Legal Counsel (in-house lawyer), previously also worked as a lawyer for a top-tier law firm, Royal Commission Project, the Australian Government sector (FIRB), and the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), and has extensive legal experience in corporate dispute resolutions process (IDR and EDR schemes) of the AFSL and ACL holders and the regulatory compliance plan for their Authorised Representatives (ARs) in the financial service sector.
